Background

Both of Winfred’s parents have passed away. She has one sister and currently boards at the school. Unfortunately Winfred’s relatives do not have the money to pay for her school fees or much else. The majority of the time Winfred must take care of here sister. She hopes to become a broadcaster because she is a very eloquent speaker.
